Additional Services

Choose from an array of additional services that can be provided in my studio, the workplace or your home. A massage is the perfect way to relax and de-stress.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is an extremely relaxing and comforting massage technique. Basalt stones are used throughout the massage because they retain heat well and allows the therapist to work deeper. Hot stone massage can be deeply detoxifying and profoundly relaxing.

Hot stone massage increases circulation as well by assisting the body in self healing. The deep pressure that is achieved from the heat of the stones allows the muscles to release tension, eases stiffness, relieves pain and allows the therapist to sink deeper into the tissue and belly of the muscle.

Hot stone massage has been found to be effective for chronic pain issues like Arthritis, Lyme and other autoimmune diseases. Heated stones have been very effective in producing an almost sedative effect. Additional effects include reducing stress and anxiety, promoting better sleep and overall feeling of health.

Reflexology & Foot Massage

Is the ancient art of gentle stimulation of reflex points on the soles of the feet.  It is believed that the soles of the feet resemble areas and organs of the entire body.

Studies have shown that when attention is given to these specific areas, energetic shifts and feelings of relief can be felt in corresponding areas and organs. Reflexology and foot massage in combination can be extremely relaxing and comforting.

A more sound and restful sleep is an added bonus for partaking in a Reflexology and foot massage session.  At the conclusion of this treatment, the feet are slathered in luxurious essential oils that promote additional overall sense of well being.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
